Phil Cooper: With a degree in
Microbiology and a Masters Degree in Food Science, I
spent my first 17 years working in the food
industry. I have run my own food business for 7
years and spent 11 years on the Island working for
Environmental Health as a Food Safety Officer. So I
have a wide experience of food, food businesses and
enforcement of food safety.
I am assisted by Sarah Holmes, an experienced
administrator having worked for the IOW
Council and the Fire Service. |
